Mango Banana Smoothie

Healthy fruit smoothie made with fresh mangoes and bananas.

Mango Banana Smoothie
Serves: 1
  • 1 banana
  • ½ mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • sweetener, to taste
  • ice (optional)
  1. Peel and chop banana. Cut mango into small pieces. Put in blender together with milk, sweetener, vanilla and ice (if using). Blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
