Rich, creamy and nutritious avocado milkshake. This mint colored drink is a great source of protein and healthy fats, as well as vitamins A, B, C, E, calcium, and iron. Super quick, simple and very addictive!

Avocado Milkshake
Serves: 2
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 cups milk of choice, cold
  • sweetener equivalent to 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ice cubes (optional)
  1. Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
  2. If you want thinner milkshake, add more milk.
